Accounts linked with Google/ Facebook/ Apple ID

For user accounts linked with Google, Facebook and Apple ID accounts, STEPIN does not have access to or store the account password. If you require to reset or recover your password, please follow the instructions below.
Google – You can reset or recover your password by using Google’s account recovery feature. For detailed instructions, please visit Google Account Help.
Facebook – You can reset or recover your password by using Facebook’s change password feature. If you require further details, please visit Facebook Help Center.
Apple ID – You can reset or recover your password using your Apple device or Apple’s website. Please visit Apple Support for additional information.

Accounts registered with e-mail address

If you registered your account using an e-mail address, please follow the steps below to reset your password.
1.
Go to Home.
2.
Tap Sign Up! in the top-left corner.
3.
Tap Login with Email at the bottom of the screen.
4.
Tap Forgot Password?
5.
Enter the email address you used for account registration, then tap Submit.
6.
In the verification email sent to you, tap Reset Password.
Please check your spam folder if you have not received the email.
7.
In the STEPIN app, tap Confirmed.
8.
Create a new password and tap Reset password.
