Internet Connection Failure

When accessing and using STEPIN, it is essential for your device to be connected to the internet. If you receive notifications regarding network errors, please first check your deviceโ€™s internet connection (mobile data and Wi-Fi).
If the issue still persists even though your internet connection is stable, please report it to us at stepin.cs@sidewalkplay.com so that we may further assist.
When reporting the issue, please provide the following information:

Screenshot/ screen recording of the error

Device model (e.g., iPhone 14 Pro, Galaxy S21)

App version (e.g., 1.1.4 โ€“ Please check in Settings.)
