After purchasing Diamonds or Packages in the Cash Shop, please collect them in your Inbox - Storage.
To do so, follow the steps below:

Navigate to Home.
2.
Tap the Notification button on the top-right.
3.
Tap Storage.
4.
Tap Collect next to the item you purchased.
