Cash Tournaments can only be created by business accounts.
To host a casual tournament, follow the steps below:
1.
Go to Tournament.
2.
Tap Host Tournament.
3.
Select No. of Rounds (Round 8 - Round 64).
The number of rounds equals the number of participants. For example, in Round 64, 64 users can participate.
If you wish to open a tournament with Round 128, 256, 512, or 1024, tap Inquire in the pop-up.
4.
Set Country:

Global - Users from all over the world can participate.

Your country - Only users from your country can participate.
5.
Adjust Privacy Settings:

Public - Any user can participate in the tournament.
β’
Private - Any user can apply to participate, but their participation depends on your acceptance/rejection.
6.
Tap Create.
7.
Tap on the tournament title.
8.
Set a title (2 - 30 characters).
9.
Tap Confirm.
10.
Tap Edit Poster.
11.
Select an image from your device.
12.
Tap Confirm.
13.
Tap the date & time to set the tournament schedule.
Closest start time: 35 minutes from the setup date/time
Latest start time: 14 days from the setup date/time
14.
Tap Confirm.
15.
Tap on Set Prize Money.
16.
Input the prize money in USD for the 1st - 4th place winners.
Please note: Organizers of cash tournaments hold full responsibility for providing and delivering the prize money or other prizes (if specified) to the winners.
17.
Tap the Flip button to check the tournament details.
18.
Tap Edit Banner.
19.
Tap Edit Image and upload the banner image.
20.
Add URL Address.
21.
Tap Confirm.
22.
Tap Set Announcement.
23.
Add details of your tournament, prizes, and other essential information participants should be aware of.
24.
Tap Confirm.
25.
Tap Select Dances.
26.
Select the dance list for your tournament.
27.
Tap Select.
28.
Tap Open for users to participate.
No information can be altered once the tournament is opened.
