Consent to Providing Personal Information to a Third Party

Sidewalk Entertainment Inc. (hereinafter the 'Company') seeks your consent to provide personal information to a third party (the tournament organizer) for your participation in tournaments, as outlined below.
Key Information This consent is requested only once, upon your first entry into a tournament hosted by a specific organizer. Once you have consented, you may participate in other tournaments hosted by the same organizer without needing to provide additional consent.

Recipient of Personal Information The organizer of the respective tournament (as displayed on the application screen).

Purpose of Providing Personal Information
Identification and verification of participants, and validation of eligibility.
Creation of tournament brackets and for the smooth operation of the competition.
Selection of winners and prize recipients, distribution of prize money and rewards, and processing of taxes and public dues.
Responding to customer inquiries and for the amicable resolution of disputes.
Posting, promotion, and archiving of participation videos within the app.
Use by the Company or the organizer as necessary for online/offline promotion and marketing

Retention and Use Period by the Recipient In principle, your personal information will be retained and used until the conclusion of the tournament and the completion of all subsequent procedures, such as the distribution of prizes and rewards. However, if retention is required by relevant laws and regulations, the information will be stored for the period stipulated therein.

Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages You have the right to refuse consent to the third-party provision of personal information as described above. However, if you refuse, your participation in tournaments hosted by the respective organizer will be restricted.
※ Notice for minor participants For minor participants, the consent of a legal representative (guardian) is mandatory for tournament participation, video uploads (utilization of portrait rights), and agreements related to prize money. This consent shall only become legally effective upon the completion of an identity verification and consent procedure by the legal representative.
6.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw this consent. However, any videos or promotional materials already produced, posted, or used (online or offline) prior to withdrawal cannot be retroactively revoked, deleted, or retrieved.
The legal representative of minor age may request withdrawal of consent for that minor’s personal information.
7.
Responsibility for Providing False Information & Minor-Related Liability
You affirm that all personal information you provide—including your date of birth and identity—is truthful and accurate.
If you are a minor but falsely register yourself as an adult to bypass the legal representative consent procedure, this consent (including consent to video recording, uploading, third-party provision, and promotional use) remains valid and cannot be retroactively revoked.
All legal responsibility arising from false or inaccurate information lies entirely with you (and, where applicable, your legal representative). The Company and tournament organizers shall bear no liability for such matters.
You acknowledge that if your false information or failure to obtain guardian consent causes any damage to the Company or the organizer, you shall be responsible for compensating such damages.
