To prevent unauthorized access of STEPIN user accounts, accounts that do not have any access records for 12 months or more will be switched to dormant state. STEPIN will send an email notification to users 30 days before the expected date of dormancy transition.
If the account is not accessed within the specified period, it will be converted into a dormant account.
Reactivation of a dormant account
Once the dormant account is accessed by the user, it will be reactivated and with full functionality.
