I didn’t receive the item I purchased.

For Diamonds and Packages purchased from the Cash Shop, you need to collect them in your Inbox’s Storage.
If you haven’t received your purchases after a certain period of time, try the following actions:
Re-launch STEPIN.
Log out and log back into STEPIN.
In case the items still do not appear in your Inbox, check your Apple or Google account's purchase history to verify whether the transaction was successful.
If the transaction was successful but you have not receive the purchase, please contact us at stepin.cs@sidewalkplay.com with the following details:
Your STEPIN ID and Nickname
Name of the purchased item
Transaction number
Screen capture of the payment details, showing the purchase date & time and payment amount
We will look into your purchase and get back to you as soon as possible.
