If you registered your account using an email address, follow the steps below to reset your password:
1.
Launch STEPIN and tap Login at the bottom of the screen.
2.
Tap Forgot password? at the bottom of the screen.
3.
Enter your registered email address and submit it.
4.
Check your email for a verification code and enter it in the app.
5.
Create a new password.
6.
Log in to STEPIN with your new password.
