Hacked or Compromised Account

If you suspect or discover that your account has been hacked or is being impersonated, change your account password immediately and send the following information to us at stepin.cs@sidewalkplay.com:
Your STEPIN ID and nickname
Your Apple/Google account or email address used for registration
Information proving the account is yours
Information indicating that the account was linked to or accessed by another person
Our team will conduct further investigation and take appropriate legal action when necessary. In addition, please note that we may request your identification documents and additional information to fully assist.
